Firstly you will need to turn your PSP console on and enable the wifi connectivity by flipping the switch on the left of your PSP up into the arm position. Now you will need to go the settings icon on the PSP main screen and simply press the X button.
Once you done that you have to scroll down and select the network settings options and from there you have to select the infrastructure mode by pressing the X button, moving from there select create new settings and you will be required to enter a name for the new connection with the directional keys.

After you done that you will need to confirm the settings with the X button and once you done that you should test the connecting by pressing the X button again. The information about the network should be displayed showing that the PSP was set up correctly, once when you done that press X to end the test.
Now you have to go back to the main menu on the PSP console and select the browser option and try entering any web address and if your settings were successful your PSP should display the website.
